US dealers, effective January 2024, there will be an adjustment to subscription fees to maintain and enhance the quality of our services.

The new monthly subscription fees for wiTECH (DSSA) and Service & Parts Information (S&P Info) are detailed in the table below:

If you see an increase in the DSSA fee recently, your dealership may have been upgraded to a higher Sales Group Size. To check your Sales Group Size follow the steps below:

 

Step 1 – Login to DealerCONNECT> Click My Dealership

Step 2 – Click My Operations to open the My Operations application

 

Step 3 – Sales Group Size is midway down the page on My Operations:

The Dealership’s Administration can view and retrieve their billings via DealerCONNECT-> My Dealership-> Statements-> Dealer Billing Statement.

DSSA

Diagnostic Service Assessment Fee

Monthly This monthly fee is charged for the update and maintenance of the electronic and diagnostic tools in the service area.

S&P

Service & Parts Information Fee

Monthly This monthly fee is charged for the development and support of the enhancements to the service wiring, parts, and diagnostic information.
Dealership Service Infrastructure - wiTECH Monthly This is a wireless infrastructure and hosting fee used for the wiTECH Diagnostic Extender.

Effective February 2024, the wiTECH Infrastructure Maintenance fee (Billing Code 109 – wiTECH Diagnostic System) will be increased from the current $75 per month to $100 per month for maintaining and enhancing the quality of our services. This is the first increase for these fees in nearly 10 years.
